释义	明知是伪造的发票而持有，具有下列情形之一的，应予立案追诉：（一）持有伪造的增值税专用发票五十份以上或者票面额累计在二十万元以上的，应予立案追诉；（二）持有伪造的可以用于骗取出口退税、抵扣税款的其他发票一百份以上或者票面额累计在四十万元以上的，应予立案追诉；（三）持有伪造的第（一）项、第（二）项规定以外的其他发票二百份以上或者票面额累计在八十万元以上的，应予立案追诉。法律依据《最高人民检察院、公安部关于公安机关管辖的刑事案件立案追诉标准的规定(二)的补充规定》三、
