释义	如果遇到被包办婚姻，当事人可以向人民法院请求撤销婚姻。包办婚姻违背了婚姻自由原则，对包办他人婚姻和其他干涉婚姻自由的行为人，视其情节可以予以行政处分或法律制裁。对以暴力干涉他人婚姻自由的，可按照刑法规定追究刑事责任。《中华人民共和国民法典》第一千零五十二条因胁迫结婚的，受胁迫的一方可以向人民法院请求撤销婚姻。请求撤销婚姻的，应当自胁迫行为终止之日起一年内提出。被非法限制人身自由的当事人请求撤销婚姻的，应当自恢复人身自由之日起一年内提出。该内容由王婧律师和点行律询共创回答
