释义	法律分析：异地经营，即公司注册登记地和实际经营地不一致。企业异地经营，企业实际经营活动不在注册地，注册地管理部门无法实际行使管理职权，而实际经营地管理部门不是其法律所属管理机关，存在两头管理不便的问题，因此我国法律法规是禁止企业异地从事经营活动的。法律依据：《公司登记管理若干问题的规定》第三十二条公司擅自设立分公司的，责令改正；有非法所得的，处以非法所得额3倍以下的罚款，但最高不超过3万元；没有非法所得的，处以1万元以下的罚款。
