释义	法律分析：我国法律对具体的年龄并无明确规定，一般父母不能劳动或者无法自力更生时，子女应该支付抚养费，照顾父母。对拒不执行有关扶养费、抚养费、赡养费、财产分割、遗产继承、探望子女等判决或裁定的，由人民法院依法强制执行。有关个人和单位应负协助执行的责任。法律依据：《民法典》第一千零六十七条，父母不履行抚养义务的，未成年子女或者不能独立生活的成年子女，有要求父母给付抚养费的权利。成年子女不履行赡养义务的，缺乏劳动能力或者生活困难的父母，有要求成年子女给付赡养费的权利。
