释义	法律分析：对公司分立债务的归属有以下两种： (一)公司与债权人没有特别约定，债务由分立后的公司承担连带责任。 (二)公司与债权人有债务归属约定。在分立前债权人得知公司即将分离后，可以与公司就债务承担达成协议，约定债务由其中一家公司偿还或者其他偿还方式。这种情况下债务的承担与法律规定略有不同。法律依据：《中华人民共和国公司法》第一百七十六条公司分立前的债务由分立后的公司承担连带责任。但是，公司在分立前与债权人就债务清偿达成的书面协议另有约定的除外。
