释义	律师解答：因重大误解而签订的合同，属于可撤销合同，有重大误解的一方可以行使撤销权。重大误解合同是有效的，但是可以被撤销或者变更。一经撤销则合同无效，不被撤销则为有效合同。因重大误解订立的合同，是当事人意思表示不真实的合同，可根据当事人的要求，申请法院撤销。重大误解的当事人自知道或者应当知道撤销事由之日起九十日内没有行使撤销权的，撤销权消灭。【法律依据】：《中华人民共和国民法典》第一百四十七条基于重大误解实施的民事法律行为，行为人有权请求人民法院或者仲裁机构予以撤销。
