释义	一、名誉权纠纷精神损失费可以要求赔偿吗？可以要求赔偿最高人民法院将统一精神损害赔偿标准：侵害他人生命权的精神损害抚慰金的赔偿数额，可依照该地区上年度职工平均工资标准赔偿20年。受害人不满16岁的，每小一岁减一年，最低不少于5年;60岁以上的，每增加一岁减少一年，最低不少于5年。侵害他人健康权的精神损害抚慰金的赔偿数额，参照侵害生命权的精神损害抚慰金的赔偿标准予以酌减，但不以受害人年龄作为参酌因素。侵害他人身体权的，参照侵害精神性人格权的赔偿标准酌定赔偿数额。
