释义	生育津贴由用人单位按照职工原工资标准逐月垫付，再由社会保险经办机构按照规定拨付给用人单位。有条件的统筹地区可以由社会保险经办机构委托金融机构将生育津贴直接发放给职工。生育保险指劳动者因为生育子女而导致不得不暂时中断劳动时，国家和社会会给予生育津贴、医疗服务和产假。其中，生育津贴会由国家先发给企业单位，再由企业单位发放给劳动者，若是生育津贴低于劳动者本人工资标准，则差额部分还需要由企业补齐。
