释义	法律分析：避免签订已过诉讼时效或债务人下落不明的债权让与的风险，受让人在与债权人进行谈判时，应尽量聘请律师参与谈判和调查。为防止受让瑕疵债权，受让人要求转让人对转让的债权承担瑕疵担保责任等。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第五百四十六条债权人转让债权，未通知债务人的，该转让对债务人不发生效力。债权转让的通知不得撤销，但是经受让人同意的除外。
