释义	法律分析：盗窃、侮辱尸体罪，是指秘密窃取尸体或者对身体采用毁坏、砧污等方法加以侮辱的行为。盗窃、侮辱尸体的，应当立案。本罪是行为犯，只要行为人实施了盗窃、侮辱尸体的行为，原则上就构成犯罪，应当立案追究。一般处三年以下有期徒刑、拘役或者管制。法律依据：《中华人民共和国刑法》第三百零二条盗窃、侮辱、故意毁坏尸体、尸骨、骨灰的，处三年以下有期徒刑、拘役或者管制。
