2、3个工作日内会有工作人员联系持卡人，告知审批结果。
3、审批成功后，跟银行签署相应的还款协议，然后开始分期还款。
持卡人一定要明白，跟银行协商个性化分期还款是有一定的失败概率的，也就是说不一定能成功，最终还是以持卡人和银行双方各自的具体情况为准。在特殊情况下，确认信用卡欠款金额超出持卡人还款能力、且持卡人仍有还款意愿的，发卡银行可以与持卡人平等协商，达成个性化分期还款协议。个性化分期还款协议的最长期限不得超过5年。
