释义	根据《民法典》相关规定，借款人死亡后，其名下财产由继承人继承，继承人在所继承的财产范围内偿还借款人生前未偿还的债务。所以，就算债务还未还清就死亡，也不影响债权人继续追偿债务。【法律依据】《民法典》第一千一百六十三条，既有法定继承又有遗嘱继承、遗赠的，由法定继承人清偿被继承人依法应当缴纳的税款和债务；超过法定继承遗产实际价值部分，由遗嘱继承人和受遗赠人按比例以所得遗产清偿。
