释义	法律分析：如果代签人有授权委托书或者事后被代签人追认的，代签合同具有法律效力。在追认之前，合同是效力待定的。如果代签人既没有授权委托书，事后被代签人也没有追认的，代签合同不发生法律效力，自始无效。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第五百零三条无权代理人以被代理人的名义订立合同，被代理人已经开始履行合同义务或者接受相对人履行的，视为对合同的追认。
