释义	（1)无行为能力或限制行为能力人所立的遗嘱无效。（2）违背遗嘱人真实意思，胁迫、欺骗遗嘱人所立的遗嘱。（3)遗嘱处分了遗嘱人无权处分的财产，该无权处分财产的部分无效。（4)伪造的遗嘱。伪造的遗嘱不是被继承人所订立的，根本不能反映其本人真实意思，这样的遗嘱显然应属无效。（5)遗嘱被篡改的。遗嘱被篡改的，仅篡改的内容无效，因为仅该部分内容不是遗嘱人的真实意思表示，而其他部分乃遗嘱人本人意思表示的记载，故仍应有效。
