释义	律师分析：合同的变更原则上向将来发生效力，未变更的权利义务继续有效，已经履行的债务仍然有效。合同的变更以原合同关系的存在为前提，变更部分不超出原合同关系之外。【法律依据】：《中华人民共和国民法典》第六百九十五条债权人和债务人未经保证人书面同意，协商变更主债权债务合同内容，减轻债务的，保证人仍对变更后的债务承担保证责任重债务的，保证人对加重的部分不承担保证责任。债权人和债务人变更主债权债务合同的履行期限，未经保证人书面同意的，保证期间不受影响。
