释义	法律分析：视情况而定。法律规定无论任何案件的宣判必须一律公开。民事诉讼法、刑事诉讼法规定的，涉及国家秘密、商业秘密、个人隐私的，按照法律的规定可能不公开审理的案件，开庭审判都不公开，证据材料也不公开。但不涉及宣判。根据法律规定，无论任何案件的宣判，都一律公开进行。也就是说，判决书的内容，严格按程序要求，任何公民都是有机会旁听宣判的，也就是一律公开的。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民事诉讼法》第一百四十八条人民法院对公开审理或者不公开审理的案件，一律公开宣告判决。
