释义	法律分析: 合同内容变更的规定:如果合同的基础条件在合同成立后发生了无法预见的、不属于商业风险的重大变化，继续履行显失公平的，当事人可以协商进行变更；或协商不成的，请求法院或者仲裁机构予以变更或者解除。此外当事人协商一致的，也可以变更合同的内容。法律依据:《《中华人民共和国民法典》》第五百四十四条【变更不明确推定为未变更】当事人对合同变更的内容约定不明确的，推定为未变更。
