问题	过继子女是否赡养亲生父母
释义	如果子女被过继出去与他人形成收养关系，子女与亲生父母的权利和义务便消除，过继子女就没有赡养亲生父母的义务了。依据我国法律规定，自收养关系成立之日起，养父母与养子女间的权利义务关系，适用关于父母子女关系的规定;养子女与养父母的近亲属间的权利义务关系，适用关于子女与父母的近亲属关系的规定。养子女与生父母以及其他近亲属间的权利义务关系，因收养关系的成立而消除。法律依据《中华人民共和国民法典》第一千一百一十一条
