释义	不可以，除非女方在婚前就是这个村的原住民，否则不可以。《土地管理法》第八条第二款规定：“农村和城市郊区的土地，除由法律规定属于国家所有的以外，属于农民集体所有；宅基地、和自留地、自留山，属于农民集体所有。”由村集体经济组织或者村民委员会负责管理。农村宅基地，由村集体按照“一户一基”的规定，经乡（镇）人民政府审核，由县级人民政府批准，划拨给本村村民建房之用。不是该村村民的，不可能批准宅基地建房屋。
