问题	为什么债务人与让与人之间有债权关系
释义	因为债权人通知债务人后，债权债务关系变更，转让债权就对债务人发生效力了。新的主体的因加入债权债务关系后取代旧债权人，而享有对债务人的债权权利，彼此之间产生了义务。债务人应该积极履行自己的义务，并按约定向新债权人履行债务。法律依据《民法典》第五百四十六条，债权人转让债权，未通知债务人的，该转让对债务人不发生效力。债权转让的通知不得撤销，但是经受让人同意的除外。
