释义	一般来说，期限不超过3年。而且在物业项目召开业主大会并成立业委会之后，该合同无论是否到期，都自行终止。由业主委员会和物业公司另行签署正式物业管理合同。法律依据: 《物业管理条例》第二十一条在业主、业主大会选聘物业管理企业之前，建设单位选聘物业管理企业的，应当签订书面的前期物业服务合同。第二十六条前期物业服务合同可以约定期限;但是，期限未满、业主委员会与物业管理企业签订的物业服务合同生效的，前期物业服务合同终止。
