企业丧假直系亲属的范围是什么 -法律知识

法律分析：
1、直系亲属包括父母、配偶和子女。
2、在具体执行过程中，岳父母或者公婆过世，也列入可享受丧假的范围。对于超出这一范围的亲属，企业有自行解释权。
3、由于我国历史形成的风俗，祖辈的丧礼，孙辈一般也在必须列席的范围内，因此在实际操作中，不少单位也将祖辈去世列入职工可享受的丧假范围，具体由各企业自主认定。

《中华人民共和国劳动法》 第五十一条 劳动者在法定休假日和婚丧假期间以及依法参加社会活动期间，用人单位应当依法支付工资。法律明确赋予了劳动者带薪休丧假的权利。
