军人叛逃罪的定罪量刑?
释义
在履行公务期间，擅离岗位，叛逃境外或者在境外叛逃，危害国家军事利益的，处五年以下有期徒刑或者拘役;情节严重的，处五年以上有期徒刑。驾驶航空器、舰船叛逃的，或者有其他特别严重情节的，处十年以上有期徒刑、无期徒刑或者死刑。
