数字藏品交易违法么

不违法。国内数字藏品是不违法的，其本质是将NFT区块链技术运用在藏品的文化创意开发之中，属于文创品的范畴，所以无论是发行销售、购买数字藏品本身都是合法行为。但将数字藏品金融化，在线上进行交易、计价、结算等行为是不被允许的。目前国内许多数字藏品平台都对有偿交易进行了限制，只开放转赠。
《消费者权益保护法》
第二条的规定：“消费者为生活消费需要购买、使用商品或者接受服务，其权益受本法保护;本法未作规定的，受其他有关法律、法规保护。”
