释义	使用伪造、变造的委托收款凭证、汇款凭证、银行存单等其他银行结算凭证进行诈骗活动，涉嫌下列情形之一的，应予立案追诉:(一)个人进行金融凭证诈骗，数额在一万元以上的;(二)单位进行金融凭证诈骗，数额在十万元以上的。法律依据《最高人民检察院公安部关于公安机关管辖的刑事案件立案追诉标准的规定（二）》第五十三条
