释义	法律分析：合同债务人可以通过协商，将合同债务全部或者部分转让给第三人承担。债务转让成功，原债务人除人身性的义务转移到新债务人身上，同时原债务人对债权人的抗辩权也转移到新的债务人身上。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第五百五十一条债务人将债务的全部或者部分转移给第三人的，应当经债权人同意。债务人或者第三人可以催告债权人在合理期限内予以同意，债权人未作表示的，视为不同意。
