释义	法律分析：私下签的协议只要各方自愿协商一致，私下签订的协议符合法律、行政法规的规定，就具有法律效力。私下签订的协议有下列情形之一协议是无效的： 1、一方以欺诈、胁迫的方式签订合同，损害国家利益； 2、以法律形式掩盖非法目的； 3、损害社会公共利益； 4、违反法律、行政法规的强制性规定。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第一百四十六条行为人与相对人以虚假的意思表示实施的民事法律行为无效。以虚假的意思表示隐藏的民事法律行为的效力，依照有关法律规定处理。
