羁押期间抵刑期吗？
释义
法律分析：
羁押可以抵刑期，但只限于管制、拘役和有期徒刑。犯罪嫌疑人或被告人在被判处管制、拘役或有期徒刑的时候，之前羁押的期限可以折抵刑期。被判处管制的，羁押一日折抵刑期二日，被判处拘役或有期徒刑的，羁押一日折抵刑期一日。
法律依据：
《中华人民共和国刑法》
第四十七条 有期徒刑的刑期，从判决执行之日起计算；判决执行以前先行羁押的，羁押一日折抵刑期一日。
第四十一条 管制的刑期，从判决执行之日起计算；判决执行以前先行羁押的，羁押一日折抵刑期二日。
