释义	法律分析：签订合同后提前离职是可以的。如果是刚入职，时间比较短的，可以当天离职。如果是在试用期的，一般是需要提前三天通知用人单位。如果是正式的员工，需要劳动者提前三十日以书面形式通知用人单位。没签合同的，工作年限长的，相当于与用人单位签订了无固定期限劳动合同，一般需要提前三十日通知用人单位，才能离职。法律依据：《中华人民共和国劳动合同法》第三十七条劳动者提前三十日以书面形式通知用人单位，可以解除劳动合同。劳动者在试用期内提前三日通知用人单位，可以解除劳动合同。
