释义	法律分析：旅客要求退票时，应当在票面指定的开车时间前到车站办理，退还全部票价，核收退票费。特殊情况经购票地车站或票面乘车站站长同意的，可在开车后2小时内办理。团体旅客不应晚于开车前48小时。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第八百一十六条旅客因自己的原因不能按照客票记载的时间乘坐的，应当在约定的期限内办理退票或者变更手续；逾期办理的，承运人可以不退票款，并不再承担运输义务。
