释义	法律分析: 从合同不可以单独起诉。根据合同相互间的主从关系，可以将合同分为主合同与从合同。所谓主合同，指不需要其他合同的存在即可独立存在的合同。因为从合同是附属于主合同存在的，只有在主合同生效的情况下从合同才能正常的生效。《中华人民共和国民事诉讼法》第一百二十二条起诉必须符合下列条件：原告是与本案有直接利害关系的公民、法人和其他组织；有明确的被告；有具体的诉讼请求和事实、理由；属于人民法院受理民事诉讼的范围和受诉人民法院管辖。
