释义	法律分析: 控告与控诉的区别在于:控诉的对象是对已经发生法律效力的判决、裁定或者调解，而控告的对象是犯罪事实或者犯罪嫌疑人；控诉是一种补救措施，只发生在判决结果生效以后，而控告的目的在于要求依法予以惩处的行为，控告发生在判决以前。法律依据:《刑事诉讼法》第四十九条辩护人、诉讼代理人认为公安机关、人民检察院、人民法院及其工作人员阻碍其依法行使诉讼权利的，有权向同级或者上一级人民检察院申诉或者控告。人民检察院对申诉或者控告应当及时进行审查，情况属实的，通知有关机关予以纠正。
