释义	法律分析: 我国法律对无效婚姻过错方的民事赔偿问题没有规定，只是在离婚制度中规定，因重婚、有配偶者与他人同居、实施家庭暴力、虐待、遗弃家庭成员等情形之一导致离婚的，无过错方有权请求过错方承担损害赔偿责任，而且得到法院支持损害赔偿的前提条件是有效婚姻关系的解除。法律依据: 《中华人民共和国民法典》第一千零九十一条有下列情形之一，导致离婚的，无过错方有权请求损害赔偿：(一)重婚;(二)与他人同居;(三)实施家庭暴力;(四)虐待、遗弃家庭成员;(五)有其他重大过错。
