乙方可以单方面解除合同吗
释义
乙方可以单方面终止合同。无论是合同的甲方还是乙方，只要在出现对方违约符合合同约定的解除情形或者符合法律规定的条件时，都可以解除合同。一般解除合同需要双方协商一致，一定条件下，可以单方解除。比如因不可抗力致使不能实现合同目的、因当事人一方迟延履行主要债务，经催告后在合理期限内仍未履行等。 《中华人民共和国民法典》 第五百六十二条 当事人协商一致，可以解除合同。当事人可以约定一方解除合同的事由。解除合同的事由发生时，解除权人可以解除合同。
