释义	法律分析: 这只是刑事办案过程中的一个通知环节，即告知家属，犯罪嫌疑人已经被批准逮捕。从法律上讲，公安、检察院均认为主要犯罪事实已经清楚。拿逮捕证时，要向办案人员询问案情、关押地点等，还要注意逮捕证上的时间以及签字的时间是否正常，除了要带上身份证，其他没什么需要特别注意的。法律依据: 《中华人民共和国刑事诉讼法》第九十三条公安机关逮捕人的时候，必须出示逮捕证。逮捕后，应当立即将被逮捕人送看守所羁押。除无法通知的以外，应当在逮捕后二十四小时以内，通知被逮捕人的家属。
