合同怎么约定法院

释义

法律主观：

合同约定管辖法院如果符合法律规定的一定要按合同约定。依法成立的合同对当事人具有法律约束力，当事人可以书面协议选择与争议有实际联系地点的人民法院管辖，但不得违反级别管辖和专属管辖的规定。
