释义	法律分析: 对于婚假的有效期，虽然国家没有强制性的统一规定，但一般公司或单位会作出相应的规定，有的是登记领取结婚证之后三个月内休完，有的是半年内，有的是一年。单位的这种规定员工应当遵守。同时，既然是婚假，那么也不宜在领取结婚证后较长时间后休，婚假应当一次性休完。法律依据: 《中华人民共和国人口与计划生育法》第二十五条公民晚婚晚育，可以获得延长婚假、生育假的奖励或者其他福利待遇。
