释义	法院对倒卖文物罪的裁量标准为处五年以下有期徒刑或者拘役，并处罚金，或者五年以上十年以下有期徒刑，并处罚金。单位犯本罪的，对单位判处罚金，并对其直接负责的主管人员和其他直接责任人员，依照自然人犯本罪的规定处罚。法律依据：《中华人民共和国刑法》第三百二十六条第一款以牟利为目的，倒卖国家禁止经营的文物，情节严重的，处五年以下有期徒刑或者拘役，并处罚金；情节特别严重的，处五年以上十年以下有期徒刑，并处罚金。
