释义	工资算法，不同公司有不同的算法，有些按自然月算一个月是按30或31来计日工资，有些是按实际出勤天数算。法律依据：《中华人民共岩庆和国劳动法》第十七条订立和变更劳动合同，应当遵循平等自愿、协商一致的原则，不得违反法律、行政法规的规定。劳动合同依法订立即具有法律约束力，当事人必须履行劳动合同规定的义务。第五十条工资应当以货币形式轿键按月支付给劳动者本人闭枣巧。不得克扣或者无故拖欠劳动者的工资。
