释义	不是必须要公证的。我国的任何一部法律都没有规定对婚前财产协议必须做公证。也就是说只要当事人的意思表示一致，协议的内容并未违反法律规定，那么，只要双方就婚前财产的归属基于自愿的原则达成了书面协议，该书面协议无论是否做了公证，均具有法律效力。只是，经过公证的婚前财产协议在证明力上更高。法律依据《公证法》第十一条
