释义	法律分析: 根据我国法律规定，保证的方式分为一般保证与连带责任保证。一般保证是指保证人仅对债务人不履行债务承担补充责任的保证。连带责任保证是指保证人在债务人不履行债务时，与债务人负连带责任的保证。但无论是一般保证还是连带责任保证，投资者(债权人)都应该在保证期间内及时主张权利，否则将免除担保公司(保证人)的保证责任。法律依据: 《中华人民共和国民事诉讼法》第二十二条对公民提起的民事诉讼，由被告住所地人民法院管辖;被告住所地与经常居住地不一致的，由经常居住地人民法院管辖。
