释义	法律分析：批准逮捕决定书在我国是指检察院同意公安机关逮捕犯人的请求，然后由检察院发出的一份文书。一般是检察机关在查看了公安机关提交有关案件的证据材料，提请批准逮捕书，在综合所有证据觉得案件事实已经清晰了，有必要逮捕犯罪嫌疑人的，就向公安机关发出这文书。法律依据：《中华人民共和国刑事诉讼法》第六十六条公安机关要求逮捕犯罪嫌疑人的时候，应当写出提请批准逮捕书，连同案卷材料、证据，一并移送同级人民检察院审查批准。必要的时候，人民检察院可以派人参加公安机关对于重大案件的讨论。
