释义	法律分析：成为国家级运动员没有对应的年龄限制，只有申报条件的限制。法律依据：《运动员技术等级管理办法》第十三条运动员以测试或其他非正式身份参加比赛获得的成绩，不得申请等级称号。第十四条运动员应当在取得成绩后6个月内申请等级称号，超过此期限的申请不予受理。联赛和积分赛成绩以最后一场比赛结束时间为准，排名以公布时间为准，其他比赛以取得成绩时间为准。
