释义	人民警察遇有下列情形之一的，应当立即停止使用武器：（一）犯罪分子停止实施犯罪，服从人民警察命令的；（二）犯罪分子失去继续实施犯罪能力的。【法律依据】《中华人民共和国人民警察使用警械和武器条例》第十条，人民警察遇有下列情形之一的，不得使用武器：（一）发现实施犯罪的人为怀孕妇女、儿童的，但是使用枪支、爆炸、剧毒等危险物品实施暴力犯罪的除外；（二）犯罪分子处于群众聚集的场所或者存放大量易燃、易爆、剧毒、放射性等危险物品的场所的，但是不使用武器予以制止，将发生更为严重危害后果的除外。
