释义	租赁房屋被卖能继续承租。承租人与出租人签订的租赁合同在先于出租人与房屋的买受人签订的买卖合同，在出租人将租赁房屋出卖之前，承租人已经享有了对租赁房屋的使用权。则租赁房屋的买受人在决定购买该租赁房屋之时便已经知道租赁房屋的租赁情况，其应当接受房屋当前的租赁状态，继续履行原出租人与承租人签订的租赁合同。【本文关联的相关法律依据】《中华人民共和国民法典》第七百二十五条租赁物在承租人按照租赁合同占有期限内发生所有权变动的，不影响租赁合同的效力。
