问题	断绝亲子关系的程序
释义	父子关系不能断绝。自然血亲的父母子女关系，不能通过法律手段人为地予以解除，也不能通过登报声明或双方协议而消灭。但如果是收养关系的，可以到被收养人常住户口所在地的收养登记机关办理解除收养关系登记。法律依据：《民法典》第一千零六十七条，父母不履行抚养义务的，未成年子女或者不能独立生活的成年子女，有要求父母给付抚养费的权利。成年子女不履行赡养义务的，缺乏劳动能力或者生活困难的父母，有要求成年子女给付赡养费的权利。
