法律分析：
1、曾经具有中国国籍的外籍华人或华裔；
2、具有正当理由：工作原因丶拥有中国籍近亲属（近亲属仅指配偶、父母、子女、同胞兄弟姐妹）；
3、有一定的经济能力和住房条件。
法律依据：
《中华人民共和国护照法》 第二条 中国护照是中国公民出入国境和在国外证明国籍和身份的证件。因此，中国护照持有人原则上具有中国国籍。倘若中国公民定居在外国并自愿加入或取得外国国籍。
《中华人民共和国国籍法》 第九条 他们将自动丧失中国国籍，不能继续持有中国护照。
