释义	法律分析：法律上的直系亲属是指有血缘关系的上下两代人之间的亲属关系以及有抚养关系的养子女和养父母等上下两代拟制血亲。故不属于直系亲属。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第一千零四十五条亲属包括配偶、血亲和姻亲。配偶、父母、子女、兄弟姐妹、祖父母、外祖父母、孙子女、外孙子女为近亲属。就是法律规定的配偶和三代以内的直系血亲。即是我们认知的女方和男方三代以内的血亲。配偶、父母、子女和其他共同生活的近亲属为家庭成员。
