释义	法律分析：请事假，周末不算在事假内的。因为事假公司是可以不支付工资的，也就是说请一天假，可以扣一天工资，法定休息日是不包括在事假里的。事假是没有工资的。一年内休事假20天以内，且公司不扣除工资的，不能享受当年年休假。法律依据：《中华人民共和国劳动法》第三十六条国家实行劳动者每日工作时间不超过八小时、平均每周工作时间不超过四十四小时的工时制度。
