释义	享受见习补贴对企业行业没有限制，人员范围扩展。企业有未满24岁的员工，可以申请见习补贴。超过24岁，但员工属于离校2年内未就业的高校毕业生也可以申请。符合条件的用人单位，劳务派遣单位除外，每人每月按不高于当地最低工资标准且不高于用人单位实际支付的工作补贴金额，给予补贴。当事人应提交见习协议书，符合条件人员基本身份类证明或毕业证书，见习单位发放补贴明细账，见习人员人身意外伤害保险发票，单位银行账户，向所在地人力资源社会保障部门提出补贴申请。该内容由严达兴律师和法律部落共创回答
